Yes, but only if you're willing to pay over a thousands dollars in most cases.

Body Kit 4 Piece = 80in x 42in x 24in , weight 50lbs
Bumper (front or rear) = 80in x 42in x 24in , weight 25lbs
Hood (small) = 62in x 62in x12in , weight 25lbs
Hood (large) = 71x10x67 and 30lbs
You can see that for many large items such as bumpers, hoods and body kits Fedex is much more expensive than most freight companies.
There are RARE exceptions where we've seen companies / people sneak a bumper by in the past, but they're taking a major risk sending large packages and fraudulently stating a false size.
